According to the lawyers at the U.S. Mint, the term "America the Beautiful" cannot be used when referring to the quarter series without noting that it is a trademark.
Coin World is reporting [subscriber access here] that Numismatic Guarantee Corporation will change the labels they use on certified 2010 quarters to remove "America The Beautiful" from across the top because the lawyers at the U.S. Mint complained.

The United States Mint will introduce the Yellowstone National Park Quarter to the Nation on Thursday, June 3, at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time (MT).

The special ceremony will take place near Old Faithful geyser, which is depicted on the reverse (tails side) of the coin.
Following the ceremony, the public can exchange their currency for $10 rolls of the Yellowstone National Park Quarter.

The United States Mint today at noon Eastern Time released the 2010 United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set™ for $32.95.

The offering is the first to include America the Beautiful Quarters that are struck in 90 percent silver, which is a reason the set is priced substantially higher than the clad quarters version that launched on May 13, 2010 for $14.95.

The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for products featuring the Yellowstone National Park quarter beginning at noon Eastern Time (ET) on June 1, 2010. Available options include a two-roll set priced at $32.95 and 100-coin bags priced at $35.95 each.
The coins in the bags and rolls were struck on the main production floors of the United States Mint facilities at Denver and Philadelphia for use in general circulation.
The two-roll set includes one roll each of 40 coins-one each bearing the "P" and "D" mint marks-wrapped in distinctive packaging displaying the name "Yellowstone," abbreviation "WY" for Wyoming, mint of origin, and "$10," the value of its contents. WASHINGTON - The United States Mint today announced the release of the 2010 United States Mint America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set on May 27 at noon Eastern Time (ET).
The set, priced at $32.95 each, contains proof versions of the commemorative quarters honoring:
- Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas;
- Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming;
- Yosemite National Park in California;
- Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona; and
- Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon. Each quarter is struck in lustrous 90 percent silver.
