Collectors in some segments of the coin market are changing their buying habits as a result of the shaky U.S. economy, while other buyers keep roaring unaffected.
While everyone is caught up in the higher costs of living, some people are experiencing greater hardship. Collectors of average means are affected by higher fuel, food and other costs that may keep them from spending as much on coins as they previously did.
