Perhaps the best part for collectors is the lower price tag for the set. At $9.95 each, the 2012 three-coin set is $5 lower than each of the previous ten sets, which are still available.

The three numismatic clad El Yunque Quarters are packaged on a durable plastic card and include a proof 2012-S, an uncirculated 2012-P, and an uncirculated 2012-D strike to represent the three US Mint facilities located in San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Denver.

For reference, the U.S. Mint press release announcing the three-coin set follows.
