Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee often goes its own way in choosing designs it thinks the Treasury secretary should adopt. Good thing, too, in the case of the designs considered April 28 following an April 16 review by the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts.

My vote for the new reverse lincoln penny would be for design #17 (with out any changes made)
and also design #13, however I THINK that the “ONE CENT” and the “E PLURIBUS UNUM” should be flip-flopped!
I really hope one of the two mentioned above will be the winner.
