These coins are the third of the 2013 Presidential dollars and the 27th overall since the Presidential $1 Coin Program debuted in 2007.

As directed by the Treasury Secretary in late 2011, dollar coins are no longer produced for use in commerce but only for coin collectors. New products for release Tuesday include rolls, bags and boxes of the William Howard Taft Presidential dollars in circulating quality. This is the same quality of coins found in circulation, though those in these products will have gone straight from production to their packaging and will be in good condition.
